If you are just looking to build a team, a strong general contractor is arguably more useful. 

There's a lot of petty crime in Short North as well but its arguably one of the nicest neighborhoods in Columbus.

Also,- That home insurance looks real low- Those taxes look very low- If you financed, you most likely paid a lot more than that in "closing costs"Just a couple things - we live and die by very accurate inputs on analysis calculators... and arguably the biggest piece - the RENT.

Edmond arguably has the best reputation for the best public schools K-12 in the state!

Although the numbers appear good at first glance, I definitely will need to dig a little deeper as far as comparing them to other properties and as far as finding specific numbers to compare in regards to maintenance.One thing that does seem to surprise me is that the property has been listed for 80 days and is in arguably the "hottest" part of town real estate wise.
