I'm actively seeking other individuals who have scammed out of money so he can be the next guy being chased around by the TV news anchors and/or in handcuffs w a mug shot.  

You also are right by the military base, which is another anchor for the local economy. 

Cincinnati has many key “anchors” from a REI perspective- P&G, Kroger, GE Av, Western and Southern, The University of Cincinnati, UC Medical, etc.

And then in retail, are you talking small unanchored neighborhood centers, grocery anchored, regional malls, mixed use/urban core. 

The area has been anchored by a number of different colleges/universities, attractive industries (healthcare/manufacturing), and has remained affordable helping retention and population growth.

I don't want anchor the price high with my old preapproval letter.

Obviously a strip mall 100% occupied with excellent anchors in place make the investment a low risk and probably a lower ROI as result.

Then I would be anchored off a tropical island for the next 20 years eating fish and drinking rum....Just kidding I think you have some good advice going here.

@Joe Hazeltine I had a friend pull comps from Costar which is helpful, but I’m trying to figure out what to anchor around.
