Curious - what methods did you use to acquire new clients in the management space?

They acquire things but don't put very much desire into keeping them when they move.

I’ll be investing out of state and I’m looking to acquire a turnkey duplex at a cap price of $100K.

Some want to acquire an asset in an area they enjoy visiting and are less focused on optimizing profit and others primary objective is to maximize returns.

After attending SCOTT CARSON's (We Close Notes) seminars, Master Mind programs, and listening to his podcasts, I decided to invest as a passive investor (joint venture partner) with SCOTT CARSON (Inverse Asset Fund) to acquire a number of defaulted real estate notes.
