I'm right were I was before, no cash, no credit and I'm getting right back on the horse again starting today contacting a list of accredited investors so that I have money lined up for doing commercial short sales.

My paradigm on self-taught/home-schooling families was crushed when I moved to Texas from Michigan/Ohio.

I was trained & certified last year, then went through the rigorous task of becoming accredited from the EPA to offer the training & certification.

Also bought in a somewhat undesirable part of the county because of poor schools, We are home schooling so that didn't matter much.

Easiest if you only solicit "accredited investors".

I haven't been able to bring myself to do this yet, because I am, actually trying to do the right thing, and pay back my debts, even if that means living from paycheck to paycheck.I wish I were a major bank, that way I could just get a large bailout, while sitting in my private jet, and and just start over, but such is my luck...I'm just a normal hardworking, mom of four, living on mainstreet, while homeschooling my children, because I believe in family and I believe in helping friends in need, and I want to help supplement my hard working husband's two jobs.

You will probably be better off to solicit only "accredited investors".

Now the SEC, and really moreso each state's blue sky laws, do regulate the public offering/advertisement of certain types of business investments to non-accreditted investors.

This secures accreditation before we do.

They usually have a large client base of accredited investors along with Investment Banks.
