Hire a realtor to procure your tenant.

Is this happening in the duplex that you have or have you procured more properties since you filled out your profile?

They hear the language but might get very little to zero of what is being said.Since this broker/agent showed the property they likely have procuring cause to get paid a commission if the sale happens.

Now we are moving to Naples, and are currently going through the tenant screening process for the first time, to fill the other side of the duplex where we currently live.Question: does anybody have experience procuring animal liability coverage for landlords?

Basically, they have the money and they’d like me to use my experience and network to procure the deals, do the work, sell it, and either split profits with them or just provide them a nice return on investment. 

I purchased Brandon and Heather Turners, "The Book on Managing Rental Properties," as well as a few others and was reviewing some of the forms that are included with this book.I have always required rental insurance to be procured by my tenants with min $300K liability, $50K personal property, and to have me as an additionally interested on the policy.

Once again, I will recommend that you have wording in your lease that specifically states that if you are required to do work to restore the unit to a rent-able condition for items NOT considered to be wear and tear, that you charge  $XYZ per hour for labor and management (which includes time spent scheduling work and finding vendors, procuring materials etc.) 

Hi @Brady Williams,If it was me as an agent, I would work with their broker to get my commission as being the "Procuring cause".

They purchase this put provision when they procure the funds and use it when it makes sense.
