Too may Clint Eastwood movies lately.  

I just watched the movie The Founder on Netflix.

All you have to do to understand this is "follow the money"...and go watch the movie Trading Places.  

But A level has already built an apartment complex with it's own bowling lanes and movie theater.And if they haven't then they aren't really my competition now are they.Their just people born with a silver spoon in their mouth.

Literally its something out of a horror movie. 

There you can do the classic dinner and a movie date night without having to go to a separate location for the dinner portion-you can do it all right there at the theatre as it houses Cobbster’s Kitchen & Bar!

@Wayne Brooks  one of my fav  movies is Glenn Gary Glen ross.. anyone wanting to resell land in low demand areas should see what it takes to actually do it.. it takes real professial.

@Lucas Mills Check out The Big Short either as a book or the movie, both were excellent.  

Also high risk.If you have a yacht, you could rent it along with crew for $100k week.If you have a $15-20 million property you could rent it to movie production companies.Sell the mineral rights on your ranch.If you are starting out with $0 in assets, it would be tough, barring the outliers like marrying for $$, doing a sub-to, etc.
