Do you offer them hotel stay?

I've seen people buy land, expecting to build a hotel because the broker said it would be allowed, then the city requires a lot more costs for that use and the owner is upset.

These are the ones that are usually below the window, kind of like the ones you see in lower to mid range hotel rooms.
