There was water damage and the carpet was removed and mildew on the walls so the bottom portion of two walls was also removed.Since there is no closet and window it can only be utilized as storage.

Many were calling the fee a document fee, storage fee, transaction fee, etc.

Though in this subdivision they make you pull a permit just to put up a temporary structure, say a storage shed.

I've wholesaled both and the differences I noticed were:1) You'll want to get a survey so that you know exactly where the property begins and ends.2) In NJ (and the northeast in general) there are issues with underground storage tanks (UST's) that were used from the 30's going forward when many homes were converted from coal heat.

Can I move the previous owners stuff to a storage place or do I need a moving company?
