Two major real estate policies president Trump is supporting - Negative rates - (trump directly tweeted today)- Fannie/Freddy restructuring - ( more of administration support)These are two MAJOR influences in the market, I see there being pros and cons of both curious on opinions on how this influences/impacts values/buyer pools etc

Possible reasons could be if Trump loses the election, the r.e. tax depreciation treatment could be changed, rates could rise, capital gains changed, etc.

There are a ton of people who do not think being an agent requires any skill and advise their family members that way and no matter what you do or say for some people what their family says will trump what you say. if uncle Charlie had a bad experience with an agent that was a friend and uncle Charlie has influence over your friend that could be a reason you don't land them as a client.

Familiarity with the market I think trumps any sort of location dependent advantage you can get, and now that I'm licensed I'm really starting to get a feel of things around here.

Actually fell a lot as I was locked in for my refinance due to all this Trump induced drama, treasury yields are getting slaughtered.  10 yr yield was about 2.50% when I did mine.

I think the chances of wholesaling a shortsale are about as good as the chances of Hillary and Donald getting caught in bed together.

My guess is that will continue through the election.BUT if Trump could crash the economy in CA without harming the rest of the country, I think he would:)  Heck, if he could he would give CA to Mexico if he could put all the undocumented folks in the rest of the US there before changing the title!
