Hey, my name is Sam. I'm 18 years old and I live in Hudson, Massachusetts. In August of 2019 I am moving to Florida to attend the University of Tampa. One of my friend's dad inspired me to start reading books by Robert Kiyosaki, Donald Trump, Tim Ferriss, etc. With that I became more and more interested in real estate investing as I continued to learn. Which is where I have found myself taking notes on YouTube for the last six months, from videos created by Graham Stephan, Clayton Morris, Tom Krol, and many more. All of these men agree that the education system in place is clearly not working and instead to focus on a more effective path in order to increase passive income and achieve financial freedom. Realizing that my own mindset has roughly the same principles, I would much rather spend my thirties how I want to, instead of working a 9 to 5.

I love to talk to more knowledgeable people in the real estate investing world, and enjoy teaching what I do know to the people who are willing to listen. My Goal (6 Months): Successfully start a Wholesaling Business in Tampa, Florida, and make my first Assignment Deal in this time period.

My Goal (2 Years): Build up enough Capital to Buy, Renovate, and Rent out my first home, while still attending school.

My Goal (Longterm): Generate a Portfolio producing $125,000/month, get mBA from UT, live a lifestyle doing what I enjoy.
