A lot of homeowners like to play lawyer and think they can avoid any liability by having an all-inclusive disclaimer and rental contract.

I am not sure where "Ridord" is, but your lawyer should be able to answer that question. 

Definitely talk to a Florida based real estate lawyer if you are unsure what to do though, a quick phone call to one shouldn't cost you anything.

Hi David,  I just set up an LLC for my father through a lawyer in Williamsburg. 

I’m so mad I can’t see straight and will be contacting my lawyer ASAP but has anyone ever heard of someone being able to make arbitrary “green space improvements” in some one else’s ROW.

More than likely, you will be out the time, the court costs, any lawyer expense and come away with at best a judgement that will costs you more money to collect.The best route is to talk to the GC and if you cant find common ground, part ways and find one that will in fact finish the work.
