Condos in Downtown Detroit ,Cleveland and Cincinnati ( over the Rhine ) aren’t cheap .

Here's my situation:I own a Duplex out of state in the Cleveland AreaI don't use Facebook personally but will start if I have to for marketing purposes.I am very tech savvy just never used FB.so where do I even start?

That's because most of them are.If I worked 70 hours a week, the last thing I'd want in my life is a crappy duplex in Cleveland.
