I have verified with USPS that each triplex address is in their database and that there are no issues with the location and height that I would install it at.

Then plug that address into the platform/software you use to pull up additional comps for similar properties.Realtor.com and redfin have a ton of free data as well.

The only issue I saw, which is being resolved by the end of the month, was that they are not defining the phone number at the property level if you have multiple property addresses under the same account; however, at the actual account/user level.

For instance, if the paperwork says the address is 123 S Main St and the paperwork says 123 N Main St.

You can program the incoming faxes to come to multiple email addresses.
