I have 4 plex in which I pay heat. gas. The 4 units have digital thermostats that are capped to 72F.

my husband bben remodeling for 30 yrs his parents owned a long time apts in the city so he grew up in it ,we have built one home from ground in michigan left because ecomy was bad we have bben trying to clean up credit when we are so close something happen s to it . we would like to own vacant homes and rehab them and flip and hold we are lacking down payment and credit to do we are slowing with work looking to buy home to keep the incoming during winter times
