I got trained to be an instructor, but there are plenty of volunteers.  

Maybe you can find someone to volunteer your time to being learning.Some may disagree, but a W-2 pay stub would be helpful in getting financing, so you may want to find a job that is palatable for a few years and learn and invest in your spare time.  

I have people all the time asking if they can come volunteer their time to my business in return for my teaching them. 

Learn your craft it makes you a credible person and the probability of repeat partnerships is greater, again learn ask questions, volunteer time ask more question and continue to educate yourselves.

I'm the Woodbury Soccer Club past president (I still volunteer significantly for the soccer club).  

I was talking with a woman who volunteered that during the Depression in 1929, her  Great Grandfather  had ~10 SFH that he rented.

The volunteer quarantine is not acceptable if someone was directly in contact with a carrier.

Also join my local REIA and am volunteering to help set up for the meetings...Look out world!
