Its an 1 - 1 1/2 away but apparently a lot of the rock stars feel comfortable enough to invest out of state.

I had the windows replaced on my primary residence, mostly for sound, but I couldnt recommend the guy I used, and most of the others I've interacted with expected to be paid like rock-stars..

But the unlimited access to the 500k on a per deal basis had me blindsided and seeing stars because cash and credit are hindering me from getting into the wholesale market.

Even worse, it seems ALL of the stars in these shows are now selling a course or training of some sort.

But hey we need those that want to own the asset so we can make loans to them...find yourself a rising star in your market check them out carefully try some short term deals with them.. and see how you do.

The largest newspaper here, the Star Tribune, does not have many, if any, ads for SFH for sale.

Fortunately insurance and real estate pay the bills much better, and I've still got some time to pretend I'm a rock star once in a while.
