Good luck There is so many flaws in this, where do I begin...... 

Dealerships often provide loaner cars to customers whose recently purchased new car needs an unexpected repair because of a product flaw that is not the cause of the purchaser. 

That was a helpful piece of information, but I was unable to uncover or maybe just not fully understand the permit history, if permits were even pulled for the work.  

Also we are still having our strategy sessions and uncovering more savings opportunities.

That may mean renegotiating the purchase price to account for the risk you uncovered during due diligence  

And that is how I do it.I definitely listen to others but I then try to find flaws and if I find them, its gone!

Reading over the reports some appraisers thought process has been flawed and others have demonstrated good knowledge in their evaluation.I am certainly not perfect and I learn everyday.

Also, when / if the tenants do get annoyed with all the people going in and out AND they over hear the inspector pointing out flaws in the house they start thinking they have "ammunition" against the property manager and it can get ugly.
