This is a big negative for me from ever wanting to do a MTR.There may be exceptions to this if your property is in a high demand area like a large hospital where there are many traveling nurses.

If i sell this, i may be able to net between 189k - 230k depending on what i get, not including fees (agent)  and capital gainsGoalTo be financially independent in 5 years or less so i can travel the world more.

It cost more and takes more time for housekeeping to clean when there are extra people.I can't see that my bookings have increased whatsoever and as a traveler that booked a house through VRBO/Evolve last year, I found the booking process to be a little cumbersome. 

But if you plan to travel back and forth, just make sure that the people you have working on your property are highly reputable and trustworthy.

I travel to tahoe on a regular basis and have been looking to buy a property in South Lake Tahoe.

It could generate more if I do MTR from Travelling nurses etc., but felt I did not have time.
