Which is fine. some of my best clients are wholesalers.The problem I have been having (A LOT OF) this year is 'new' wholesalers who take some course and then try to make millions off of tiny deals.Problems I've been having:*They don't know how to read/write offers/contracts.

The town is tiny for sure, and there is a 5 unit apartment complex, a couple SFR rentals, and these two duplexes.

I did find a lot less than a mile away that is 0.73 acres and sold in May of 07' for $1,400,000.00 Just recently there sat two tiny houses maybe 500 sqft on the lot that have now been torn down.
