In the past few months there have been an abundance of "experts" claiming there were many bad omens being exhibited by the market. 

Under the new rule, small companies and private investment funds and their intermediaries will be able to use “general solicitation” to reach accredited investors, which means they may advertise or publicize an offering on television, in newspapers, and most importantly over the internet.

Live Boa ( that made the local Television news).. 2 neighborhood meetings.. probably 50 complaints .. worked hand in hand with Code enforcement..

-One correction; size does matter so, if it's one of the big 5 subject to the National Servicing Settlement or, a bank/lender subject to "Large Servicer" designation by the CFPB, the rules are even more restrictive and...while it's great in theory and on television, "good, reputable and knowledgeable lawyers" are like Unicorns.

You will also attract other people that exhibit those qualities, and building that team of people that all have the same goals is amazing!

I think this is a good possibility and am looking to somehow secure our willingness to pay that right now.Because of the messy abstract and potential bankruptcy (I'm just guessing here and have no details), I don't feel that trying to negotiate this through another agent (who so far has exhibited no familiarity with the property) in a short-sale scenario will get us any closer to that goal.Any insight greatly appreciated.Wm

If you exhibit that you want to be compliant and are interested in the regulations he/she will provide a ton of valuable information and will likely end up being a great person to be cordial with.

@Rebecca McDonald The human brain can react very strongly and rapidly to certain things (in this case, your title, which could be interpreted as an impossibility) which makes people exhibit a strong reaction. 

But if you're having trouble building up your confidence it's best to avoid them for now and surround yourself with Big thinkers.I remember that quote in the 80's on that video show on BET (before it became Baffoon Entertainment Television):Small mind talk about people.Average minds talk about Events.Big minds talk about Ideas.Notice how everyone you know who is successful don't waste their time talking about he said/she said ........or who fought who.
