I have been reading about adverse mortgage fees in news from Dec 1st( it was supposed to be implemented from Sept 1) and this has been playing in the back of my mind during this refinance process am I little worried if it’s going to bite my back at the time of closing, my current lender has already sent me payoff instructions.

They were supposed to submit prorated January rent, full February rent, and security deposit, per the lease they signed.

Since DSCR loans are property-specific, I suppose this means that I can’t get pre-approved and shop around.

So please please please stop telling people it is a numbers game... as if it is a reason or justification that it is OK.No man.If you need to send 3000 mailers calls or texts to a list (that you PAID for that supposedly is a "targeted list"), to hopefully get ONE contract signed... let me show you the numbers.1/3000 (if lucky) = 0.03% success rate.This means that 99.967% of the people YOU PAID for, that are supposedly "TARGETED" to be motivated .. are NOT motivated.
