When I did my own research and checked the towns GIS it shows the style of the house as Two-Family, and land use as Two-Family.

They would put up bandit style signs at the entrances and exits of the complex the week rent was due every month.

I joined BP because it seems to be an education and mentorship style site.My Full schedule limits the amount of time I can commit to real estate and think I will do best with turnkey rentals.

I think it depends on your management style, but as you get more and more units you will naturally have to pull back a little.

Solo style or team oriented?

Its a high management style of being a landlord.

IMO the grocery-retail-apartments all in one footprint is a nice model for redevelopment in urban areas where currently it's difficult to locate a big box style store plus parking lot, etc..I know a lot of people gripe about gentrification, but it's great for the long term viability of a neighborhood.

@Thomas S. has a very bulldog approach in my opinion, but if it works, there's no reason to change it, we just have different operating styles.
