I'll strive to keep that in mind as I work toward my first deal, and all the deals to follow. 

Then we are here at Phoenix and strive to find properties and fix and flip.

Strive to find one that will operate within an acceptable error rate and understand that's part of it.

I do it to spread positive energy and motivate people to always strive for more and to never settle.

It's from him that I first heard of Bigger Pockets and also from him that I'm striving to follow his example but take it a step further.  

I'm striving to have this completed in the next 4 months which I feel is possible.
