Newbie from Ocala, Florida

Hey all!

I'm Javier Gil,  23, and a recent law school graduate from the University of Miami. My father has been dabbling with real estate, owning a handful of rent generating properties and flipping a house here or there. It's from him that I first heard of Bigger Pockets and also from him that I'm striving to follow his example but take it a step further.  Being a recent grad and living with family, I have very few expenses so I am looking to start early and pay off that debt as soon as possible while acquiring assets to start generating some passive cash flow. I look to start investing soon with what I have, possibly with a hack if possible.

Glad I found this community of like minded professionals and I cannot wait to get started!
