It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.

My advice without even hesitating, I wouldn't rent anything that doesn't cash flow and provide a good cash-on-cash return out the gate.

I'm thinking of doing a loan with them but it sounds too good to be true and you know what they say about that.
