For example, over the past few years, the metro area has hosted the Super Bowl, the NCAA Final Four tournament, the Frozen Four (NCAA hockey) tournament, the X games and other events.

Today it's not uncommon that I have the only house listed in my slot.

If one misses you could have another slot like 30 minutes later so that trip and appointment process isn't a total waste of your time.

I'm in the national guard, and typically work in a full time status, but because I'm working through the commissioning(~promotion) process, I'm unable to work for the short term future until I get a reservation for a training slot and complete the training.

So each builder is working on a calendar that has a certain capacity of builds, they are saying WHAT builds do I give a slot for, because each slot has 20 different projects begging to be it.

Prospects get more time-slots and we don't need to use our time to do showings.
