All of the jobs that my husband has done for mold, usually for Bank Foreclosures or Homeowner's, has required him to use Bleach and scrub the area after the drywall, etc. has been removed.

I appreciated the image before it was scrubbed.

A good scrub of the place will help you present the home in the best light.

Exterior paints generally also have more Ti02 in the base to allow for better coverage and a more scrub-able/durable surface.

In fact, this is exactly what I use successfully to scrub my wooden deck (before re-sealing) or my outdoor brick surfaces, when moss growth takes place.Any thoughts?

Go in, and place was absolutely, completely filthy (an earwig in the freezer, every inch of the fridge covered in gunk, toilet had not been scrubbed, cat hair everywhere, many surfaces covered in a thick layer of dust and dirt).

I like them because they handle a lot of the work with scrubbing your list and sending your campaign out for you.

So when I came into the house, I bought some bleach and Tilex and a stiff scrub brush and scrubbed out the tub, just thinking I'd get it as clean as possible and we'd see where we'd go from there.
