All of the jobs that my husband has done for mold, usually for Bank Foreclosures or Homeowner's, has required him to use Bleach and scrub the area after the drywall, etc. has been removed.

Go in, and place was absolutely, completely filthy (an earwig in the freezer, every inch of the fridge covered in gunk, toilet had not been scrubbed, cat hair everywhere, many surfaces covered in a thick layer of dust and dirt).

So when I came into the house, I bought some bleach and Tilex and a stiff scrub brush and scrubbed out the tub, just thinking I'd get it as clean as possible and we'd see where we'd go from there.
