We are looking into PA, more specifically the Lehigh Valley area. 

Not everyone wants to own, I also think a lot of people see it as a temporary area to live ( so rent) and then move onto other areas of Lehigh Valley when they can afford a home to get more space.

We are in the Lehigh valley, right now we mostly do flips and are working on some new construction.

Even with the market being as aggressive as it is, we are still finding deals with $100k spreads all over the valley.

I’m also interested in rehabbing a few properties off of Salem or off Main Street by the river with the intention of moving into that neighbourhood as Dayton continues to develop.
