I'm lucky to have made some good money at my last startup, so I'm hoping to parlay that into a real estate business and avoid the city lifestyle.When I'm not working, I enjoy riding my horse, flying planes and working on my house.

I'm concerned I may have jumped the gun listing it..It's only been a week so can just ride it out or should I go ahead and take care of it?

Getting a bit too personal here perhaps, but the guy was my step-father for over 26 years and was in my life much more than my birth father.I'm not looking for a free ride here.

I lived in a variety of neighborhoods in LA, most recently Century City.I'm interested in the Austin market as well, and if you got in 8 years ago, I assume you've been on a bit of a rollercoaster ride?

I ride my bike around my neighborhood here in Sacramento & I often see the house with the long grass, beat up car, dry rot, etc. and think "that looks like a flipper".
