Generally working with mortgage brokers or large lenders that have a good reputation and established guidelines is the way to go.

Many developers are reputable.

They have great paints, consistent colors and consistent bases and can mix up pretty much any color from another manufacturer.

I was thinking the same, as long as I can verify it's a reputable company and stating that the stove will remain when they vacate the property.
