Is your goal to use being an agent for your own personal investments or actively try and grow your agent business to eventually leave your W2?

Personally, I do not like any strategy or approach that aims to benefit from the misfortune of others.

Since I know how to turn a wrench I am going to do almost a full remodel myself with the help of my father.

I want to start smart and scale up as I learn the ropes, but I’m personally struggling to narrow down which area to focus on.If you’ve done this before, what advice would you give someone like me?

Matt that is the NMLS number for the company not for you personally  sounds like your a VA or something not a licensed lender..

I've personally helped many OOS investors here and they've been very happy with returns. 

I'm currently working with an estate planning attorney and she said she said we could put the LLC in the Trust but said she was not the best person to advise on the pros and cons of that and that we should talk to a business law attorney.

The property is insured on your behalf, personally.
