Redid bathrooms, kitchens, cleared city violations, refinished the hardwood.

Guestimating about 100k repairs... new boiler, hot water tank, refinish hardwood floors (there’s currently thick red substance on it, I think that was from the carpeting that was pulled off), new fixtures and lighting, total remodel kitchen + appliances and bathroom, converting 1 or 2 half baths into a full (see below).

Obviously varies by type, lets say LVT, Title, wood and refinishing existing wood floors?

I’ve moved to prefinished solid hardwood that is refinishable. $3 per sqft later plus $3 per sqft install then I save after: $1 per sqft repoly or $2 per sqft sand and repoly.

Now thinking maybe I should refinish instead????
