(If it would mean recreating the Library of Congress to do so, please just point me to resources that I can dig out.)And.....just for me.....can you comment on the area boarded north of Noble Road, west of Quilliams Road, east of Euclid Avenue, and south of Belvoir Blvd?

Other ideas could include breakfast on the go, seasonal decorations, community events, giveaways, and unique amenities like local business partnerships ( deals), and outdoor recreation areas. 

Then you re-create the Middle East oil scenario and make people with 20 camels worth 100 billion each and have their poor people start terrorism all over again.  

It's a recreation paradise, probably on par or cheaper than most of the areas mentioned in CO and lots of young people your age who are in to the outdoors scene, food scene, etc.

Wish I could recreate that model!

Simply put if a 12 year old can recreate your model it is probably not a good model.

I've recently discovered that several key lots I was counting on are actually in a designated wetland and basically worthless (the remainder of the property is very steep and could really only be used for recreation, maybe a couple hill side homes but nothing substantial.
