The tenants love her, she stays on top of maintenance, has implemented upgrades to improve the property and drive rent increases (much to my dismay, LOL), organizes fun themed events with catered food for tenants, manages evictions and oversees the building's Section 8 program.

I have been receiving letters informing me that my "VA guaranteed loan has been tagged for inclusion in our VA IRRRL program".I called the number on one of the letters (I've received many), and the call cut out shortly after speaking with someone, so it seems a little sketchy.

How long from the time of application and until getting the funds.Me and my delinquent tenant filled out the paper work May 9th right before closing of the program and it still says ready for review.I am in eviction court as we speak and just got done with the 28day ERP BS and to be honest if I had to do it all over again I would have filed earlier and used a lawyer.

I think if the REIAs  acknowledge they are taking a kickback then I guess that is OK.. but the ones here in Oregon I dont think man folks understand that is happening.. as the guys running it will start talking about how great the program is and they will be the first one to sign up.
