I believe starting off on a small, honest foot can lead to effective collaboration when the time is right.

Having a PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification have helped me create a process-oriented approach to executing strategy and analyzing data to prioritize initiatives as well as course correct well before issues become catastrophic.

You can join real estate networking groups in your city and attend some local events to meet like minded individuals in which you can collaborate.

Investing is about prioritizing our spending and our time.  

And whenever you’re going to make one of the most important/expensive purchases of your life, it’s nice to know you have a collaborative environment here to ask questions and gain insight.
