This will permit small volume callers to comply with DNC requirements of TSR (Telemarketing Sales Rules) without having to download potentially large lists of all registered telephone numbers within a particular area.What happens to companies that don’t pay for access to the registry?

I am not a big cold caller anymore and focus on inbound leads myself but for outbound, he's the guy to learn from.

I believe it is called a Virtual PBX.I am looking to set up a phone system where by Tenants/Owners call and they are  taken to a menu where they choose an option (i.e. 1 for Tenants, 2 for Owners 3 for Future Tenants etc) with the caller forwarded to the appropriate person/department. 

That's a motivator for many and it has paid me well and my caller well.

Maybe if I put that in the ads, I'd get callers wanting to know if I'd make an exception for them, insisting that they only smoke dope outside so it shouldn't count.

You could take a different approach and ask these caller/texter/snail mailers if they have any good inventory available for sale.
