I even put these in my rentals. 130 yr old windows suck and if you are going to spend more than a few bucks on them and they are not part of the character I would get new ones.From the pictures the place looks like a total gut.

Its a brand new house though so I dont know if that influences people to take care of it more or what, but the rent is where I believe most of the clientele is going to be of a "respectful" character I guess you might say.

I would like to suggest shutting the site down, but at least by having it, I'm aware of those who claim to have bulk reo's.If the site is shut down, then the bulk reo characters will reinvent themselves and purport some other worthless product (meaning there's no way in heck they can produce) with the same vigor.At least now....I know who you are, I know what you're doing!

Worry more about your character.

Many lack any true character, they are just in love with their wallet and want to transfer the contents of yours to theirs.

I think this character has lied and swindled me.Sad part is that if I had just walked away, I would have only lost my deposit and the two weeks of rent until he sold the property.

Until then I hope the content and character are worth the typos, short sentences and screwed up headings...The dog puking in my office while I was preparing this is a better excuse than him eating my homework.EAB :oops: :roll: :lol:

This is probably the biggest indicator of character there is.
