Be patient when talking them through things.

But stay patient, save up cash (war chest), when the deal come, get ready to buy.

I am actually just starting the BRRRR book and have a feeling if I had just been patient enough to finish reading it and wait to post my questions here, all of them may have been answered!

The key is to really figure out what YOU ultimately want and then be patient to find the right deals.

I think the trick is making sure you are patient to find a good deal.

But as i mentioned, if you are patient and ready to pull the trigger there are deals out there that will come your way.
