I live around an hour and a half from Cleveland and go there several times a year for a few museums the zoo and hard rock cafe , other than that i consider Cleveland a giant ghetto with horrible roads ..Seems like west coast investors get all hot and heavy about Cleveland and Detroit which is a mystery to people like me

Of all these properties, I’ve seen two in real life before purchasing.Slight difference, he's a wholesaler:1) Has no clue of the mystery true buyer will give him a fat check or not beyond his own say-so.2) Has $0 dollars tied in escrow so no loyalty to the deal, which I think is immoral to make the seller take all the risk in reliance3) Thinks he's screwing over the seller at a low price.

Oil prices seem to always take a significant dip every 7 to 8 years right around the final term of the presidency and then after the election it mysteriously goes through the sky...so by 2017 you will see that crude elevation.... at least that's been the case since the Clinton Admin...which is when I've first noticed the trend. my coin.Kudos,Mary

Even having to drop $20k (doubt it would be quite that high) and higher closing costs the houses are listed at 10% less than the apartment building while having the same or higher gross rents.Adding to.the mystery the houses were tax assessed at $90k, the apartment at $120k.

Hey Everyone,Okay so mystery solved, I called the Town Tax Collector and asked about the Tax Lien and she explained that what I was looking at was a Municple Tax Certificate which is not the same as a "Lien" on the property, but rather a book entry on taxes for potential buyers of the property.
