I am buy and hold; however, during the rehab period I use 'vacant property' coverage from American Modern.

I purchased the property for $150,000 in Oct'2015 and spend the winter of that year renovating it from it's dungy 1950's look to a traditional/modern lake house.

I have a background in banking, development, technology, and public speaking.

Now day with technology everything is possible, I had 3 properties 4 hours away from me for 5 years and I didn’t have any problem.

Seems the more technology advances the further behind we get.Wires are nice though ... hmmm, I don't know.

When stock market tanks the demand will curtail but people need housing rental or not....Austin has a lot going for the town as many technology firms are there.

I'm interested in getting a multi-leveled building that has been used as retail and office space right in the heart of a downtown and converting the space into modern apartments for professionals/executives and/or younger/hip crowd.  

I don't think the technology is there yet to get the same quality of homes that we have today.Maybe one day it could take over.

If there isn't a software related to it how would you suggest technology could solve it?
