@Jay Hinrichs It has lots of potential in Lake for sure but access from the Bay Area may be the reason it hasn't caught on.If you are going up for the weekend then I can see SF folks going up but access is just miserable.

All the big boys I know of started locally, got their systems down locally, and then and only then scaled up and expanded out of state, and even still many failed miserably at this last phase.

we believe he is into drugs and messed up and he is again a liar and a thief(sorry) but when you give a person a chance you just cannot do that any more....damage is extensive inside mobile home, brand new door broken, flooring damaged 3 windows broken door to refridgertor broken...we did give him a verbal notice when he did pay the last month's rent, his comment I will make you lives miserable if you got to court and I will own this property...I have said enough as we are totally broke and thank you for giving us some insite....we will not able to rent this mobile home out for a very long time...we do own the property out right...yes he should have been gone last month...thank you again PB

Sure, the plaintiff's attorney will roll out the victim's widow and all the crying kids while trying to paint you, the evil landlord, as some callous greedy miser with no regard for human life or compassion, but the court will ultimately sort out the matter of law from the matter of fact.Just be glad we don't live in North Korea. :-)

They are hoping to dazzle the landlord with the large chunk of money, so he doesn't check them out.When I am offered multiple months rent, I know the applicant has miserable credit, no verifiable income, really bad landlord references, a criminal record, is a registered sex offender, or has some other problem with his history that he doesn't want me to look at.The only time I will accept rent in advance is from a verified student who is living on grant money, and then they can pay me for advance months when the grant money arrives (every 3 months, at our local college)
