If you scroll down about half-way down his home page, there is a section with a light green background and a 5 minute video of him walking you through the licensing process.

I find myself scrolling the forums any chance I get and wanted to have access to everything BP has to offer.

I heard the most recent episode at that time and was so impressed so I immediately scrolled endlessly to episode 1 and I've been making my way through.

There's lots of ways; looking on the MLS, or scrolling Trulia, Craigslist, etc. for FSBP or direct mailing to foreclosures or out of state absentee owners, or probate, etc., go door knocking (although that only works for owners and not so much for duplexes owned by landlords), or SEO (although that usually takes some time to build up).
