This morning I tried to get through the phone menu at Zest any way possible - found only voicemails or disconnected numbers with no voicemail (including the emergency repair line). 

Use the tools - resource drop down menu at the top of the screen.

@Dmitriy Fomichenko - we definitely appreciate the referrals . . . its awesome that you're building up your network here and I hope others follow your lead.To others reading, just go to the community option in our menu and click on invite your colleagues if you want to start to build up your network.

Maybe putting them closer together on the menu and/or renaming to Rental Discussions - Landlord Perspective and Rental Discussions - Tenant Perspective would help.

For example, someone calls in and they'll be given a menu: 'Press 1 to hear about the rentals available, Press 2 to connect directly with the property manager, If this is an emergency call 911 and then call your property manager.'

Go to the menu up top, TOOLS > LANDLORD RESOURCES.

In the most recent BP forum layout, each post has a menu that offers a few options for what one might want to do with an existing post; "Quote" is the one to choose since it will copy the text of the post AND it will also notify the user that the post was being referenced - the mention to the author of the post is something that copy and paste does not generate.
