Are there schools or books?

Just completed the 90 hours of school for real estate and figured this would be a great place to start networking.

It's in a well sought after neighborhood with good schools that I remodeled to appeal to modern tastes.

I'm currently attending a weekend info session , pre buy process and auction with Dustin Hahn's group. There's some decent info but definitely a good amount of upsell. Has anyone pursued this route for education and ...

I have been reading about the costs to build a duplex and begin renting, but thought my situation was a bit unique and so I decided to make my own post.A few years ago we inherited a house and land in town close to a local graduate school for physical therapy, occupational therapy, physicians assistant, etc. 

Tulum is a magical location from the white sand to the jungle behind. 

For areas that I’m looking at, I’ve come to understand that NJ has quite high property taxes, which can be very dependent on average housing prices, school districts, etc.

We have 2 school bus stops right next to it.

As you can see, the numbers aren't great from a CoC return standpoint with current interest rates, but the location is strong - great schools, close to large hospitals, 10 mins from downtown, and popular suburban towns nearby.
