From what I am gauging the deep suburban and small town landlords and agents who overnight hit the lottery because of a natural calamity are now shaking in their boots and losing sleep because they can see there might be an end to the pandemic and people are making plans to move back to larger cities.

Lucky - You have a rich parent or relative that says here’s all the money you need for your investments just send me 8% every month, You inherit a load of cash to do what you want with, you win the lottery, etc.2.  

Now if you won a lottery or something, that is different. 

And if that connects to you, your looking for a lottery ticket not a career and REI is a career, effort and knowledge required. 

Akin to the Twitter/Uber engineer who cashed in $2mil in stock lottery tickets when their company went public, blowing money.

While its possible for a Mortgage to slip through the cracks due to a service forgetting about it, that's about as likely as winning the lottery. 

Your job is to not let them prioritize cigarettes or lottery tickets or pedicures or whatever over paying you.Next time, you won't let anyone slide. 

People want to believe they'll win the lottery in one form or another.
