Look at each market carefully....nothing wrong with a turn-key provider just make sure that they have a stake in your ultimate success or you may end up buying a pretty expensive non-producing paper weight as many have done but won't admit!

If you're doing an undermount sink with granite make sure they use a premium silicone to bond the sink to the granite and brace it from below for a couple of days to let support the weight of the sink while it cures.
