Curious if anyone has been able to win and auction.com and line up conventional or FHA financing in the timeframe that auction.com requires to close.Any information would be appreciated.

Is there a time frame after acquiring the FHA loan to wait to go conventional?

They are more secure and are more durable that the inexpensive storage unit buildings.

After thousands and thousands of dollars lost on make-ready and other types of repairs as well as time (money) lost on excessive turnaround time frames, I don’t believe that any longer.

But some points:Included in this is the director of the program who can determine raising fees, the time frame for random inspections and more.How this would be a 4th amendment issue is if the random inspection or other inspection from someone's complaint - not the tenants. 

For that matter there's still a lot of Eastern CO that is relatively inexpensive that could be used as a hunting lease or share cropped with a farmer.Just a few of the more "out there" ideas.

I'm thinking the area population can't support this deal in the time frame I'm looking at.

I have a few properties pre selected, will define within days.I would like if experienced investors in that area could point me to proven Property Managers, good, honest and inexpensive.
