I want my wife to be the most free woman on the planet!

Our Lab gets daycare when I'm on the road, gets to swim in the pool whenever he wants and basically is the most spoiled dog on the planet. 

By saying putting together a deal of this nature won't interest an investor, you seem to be speaking for EVERY investor, everywhere on the entire planet.

It might as well be on the other side of the planet am I right?!

First, as soon as Zillow announced their version of this product the entire planet had to know every other service similar to it was going to launch a similar competitor.  

"No cash-flow" deals aren't always the worse idea on the planet.

I plan to turn the corporation over to my grown children when I exit the planet.  

As far as the meetups go i seem to be the luckiest newbie to ever enter real estate due to the fact that in every "meetup" i have attended i have been told that the guru presenter would teach me "how to be successful" for free but when i arrive im given a high level general education and told that for $500 - $2500 (varies from the meetups i've been to) i can get the best RE training on the face of the planet and after leaving i will make $1,000,000 every week for the rest of my life(yes im being sarcastic).

Somehow, she was snagged by the stupidest scammer on the planet, who used American banks and left the money in the account long enough for it to be seized back.

Initially, I thought I'd sacrifice my time for greener spaces and larger spaces but now I'm thinking I may not be able to handle it.
