This is significantly lower than the mid west in the US.A really nice thing over there is that rents are often payed once per year.Dubai have a very consentrated power and decision organ which leads to very low predictability.

A 1031 exchange into multiple industrial properties, a mix of asset types, or even a REIT investment could spread risk while keeping you exposed to real estate.Hope this helps—sounds like you’re in a strong position with good options either way!

You are competing against other owners who have a much lower basis and/or debt cost to cover. 

I live in Asheville and am looking at STR in the Franklin area - agree with other posters that it's sort of between more desirable destinations, but also seems that the lower prices reflect that.

The first option will give you continuous headaches with a certain likelihood that the behavior may get worse (not paying at all and more damage).

For example, I will send a tenant the lease renewal options and give them one week to respond.

Right now I am just looking at my options, nowhere specific too specific.

Meanwhile, explore options with other STR PMs.
