How do you balance the wants vs. needs game while still enjoying life today?

Blockchain - Ingenious and a game changing technology. 

While the rates can be a bit higher, the ability to work with a lender who understands your specific needs and timelines can make all the difference.For larger projects, private lending can be a game-changer.

I'm still learning the industry,  but I have been able to partner with a CDC based out of texas and they have been a great help and they have allowed me to get involved with getting investors for their project and I'm definitely excited for it.  

Obviously anything can be negotiated or it depends on what you agreed upon, but what do peers in the industry consider acceptable for this and whats considered unreasonable...

The industry standard currently is around 70%, but there are some that will go up to 75% or 80%, but you've got to have pristine credit.

Nice thing here is property maintenance/expenses is turned over to the tenant/owner and you're out of the landlord game, but still get monthly income.
